All products are digital in nature, including but not limited to PDFs, audio recordings, video content, courses, memberships, and custom human design charts. Once a purchase is made, access is provided via email or a secure online platform.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and energetic nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. Payment Methods

We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, Kajabi Payments (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and Klarna), and Supercast. By purchasing, you agree to the respective terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers.

4. Membership Subscriptions

Memberships with recurring billing are hosted and managed via our sister site emmadunwoody.com. For all subscription policies, including cancellations, please refer to that website.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Human Design Unhinged is the intellectual property of Emma Dunwoody Collective Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or modify any content without explicit written permission.

6. BodyGraphChart Integration

Our website uses third-party software, BodyGraphChart, to generate your Human Design chart and blueprint. Your submitted data is stored for up to 90 days and then deleted. We do not control or access your chart data beyond that timeframe.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our products or services. By engaging with Human Design Unhinged, you agree that we are not liable for any decisions, actions, or results stemming from your use of our content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of NSW.
